Terms of Service for Wiper

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wiper mobile application ("the app"), published by AZIEL ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wiper on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.

2. What the App Does

Wiper helps you find and remove duplicate, similar, blurry, and large photos and videos stored on your device to free up storage space. All scanning and analysis are performed entirely on your device.

3. Your Responsibility for Deletions

Wiper helps you identify photos and videos and, at your direction, moves selected items to your device's System Trash / Recently Deleted, where they typically remain recoverable for approximately 30 days before your operating system permanently deletes them.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming what you choose to remove. We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the app.

We strongly recommend keeping backups of anything important before deleting files.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its underlying services.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by AZIEL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or other proprietary materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, that it will correctly identify every duplicate, blurry, or unwanted item, or that deleted items will always be recoverable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZIEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, videos, profits, or storage arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Whenever changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
