This Privacy Policy describes how Aziel ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rasham Attendance Management application ("the App").

• User role (Teacher or Student)

• Your contacts

• Any payment card details

• Any biometric data

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information solely to:

• Create and manage your account

• Allow teachers to mark and manage attenda

• Allow students to view their own attendance records

• Send plan expiry reminders via email

• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

• Your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas (cloud database with encryption at rest).

• The app uses JWT (JSON Web Token) authent.

• On your device, your session token is stored using encrypted storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).

• All communication between the app and ourPS (TLS).

4. DATA RETENTION

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users aged 18 and odult students. We do not knowingly collectdata from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we

will delete it immediately.
